IG55 Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing System
Description:
IG-55 is a gas composed of an equal combination of two elements: 50% argon and 50% nitrogen. These elements occur naturally in the environment, making IG-55 environmentally friendly as it has no impact on global warming and does not harm the ozone layer.
IG-55 has a density similar to that of air, and both argon and nitrogen are clean, colorless, and odorless gases that are non-corrosive. This makes IG-55 highly adaptable to various actuation systems, as it can be safely used with materials such as nickel, steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, tin, and others at normal temperatures.
Storage for IG-55 is similar to that of compressed gas, where it is contained in high-pressure cylinders. The space required for storage will depend on the pressure and capacity of the cylinders. Our IG-55 system is designed to operate at a pressure of 30MPa, enabling us to achieve efficient use of storage space.
